An essential parts of any Church is small groups. It's amazing to come worship God together with the congregation on a Sunday morning, but we grow deeper when we're connected to a small group of people that long to know Jesus more. Small groups create an opportunity for intimacy in openness in a way that the larger gathered church simply can't. With that in mind we have small groups of all kinds, studying different things for one purpose: learning to be the people Jesus cals us to be, so we can do what He calls us to do.

This princial and idea comes from Jesus Himself, who gathered a small group of disciples around him. The Early church was made up of small gatherings in people's homes. Being a part of a small group allows us to get to know each other on a personal level, to study God’s word and to learn together. It also allows us to pray together, laugh together, and when needed, even cry. Life is meant to be done together, with others in the family of God at our side. We encourage everyone at Friendship to find a small group and plug in.
